John Cloutier started in business over 30 years ago as a small business focused on designing and building installation for heating, ventilation, and air condition systems.
During the last 24 years, he has since expanded the business to include heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration services as well as installation of building management systems for commercial and industrial facilities.
John and the team at Nordic have won numerous awards including: The NEWS’ Best Contractor to Work For, Small Business of the Year Award from the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce, Schneider Electric Best Project in Canada, and five Linc Service® Contractor of the Year awards. John has a real sense of community and has tried to build Nordic as a family-oriented company. John supports various charities like YMCA, Youth Empowerment and Support Services, Alberta Diabetes Foundation, and many others.
Mostly recently, Nordic has added two business areas in the company. Continuing with the integration of building systems, Nordic has started retrofitting and supplying security systems for access and control as well expanding our projects division in pipe repair and restoration.
